it's possible to create a Report with Login Informations?
Or there exist an other Metmethod to get the Login credentials of all tests?

There is no such report.
Normally accounts managed by Connection Manager (menu Profiles) so its easy to check your settings.
If you are using "Connect as" option for some tests, you may export test settings into text file (menu File->Export...) and check 'username' and 'password' parameters
