RMA Manager and (RMA) within HM

Hi Alex.

I'we discovered that when I make a new RMA-node with RMA Manager... that does'nt allways show up within HM's agent-list.

If I step in/out of configuration (HM/(RMA)) then it shows up... Have You made a delay? ;-D

HostMonitor 4.02 does not see when actions.lst file was modified by somebody else. It reloads list of agents only when you click Cancel button in the dialog.

HostMonitor 4.03 (not available yet) checks for changes:
- every 3 sec when you editing list of agents. It shows message and reloads list if you want;
- otherwise it checks for changes every 15 sec and reloads list automatically.
