Issue with active agent and the “Use Warning status if”

Hello KS-Soft Team

Since we have replaced the passive agent with the active agent, we have an issue with the “Use “Warning” status if” ('%SuggestedSimpleStatus%'=='DOWN') and (%SuggestedRecurrences%<2) parameter. Every test with this parameter stay in warning after 2, 3 … 10 …100 ... times instead turn bad.

Is it a known issue ? Or simply a misconfiguration of the active agent ?

I don't think this has anything to do with agent replacement. These options processed by HostMonitor.
I assume you changed something else. May be you unmarked "Thread Warning status as Bad" option?

There is fix at www.ks-soft.net/download/hm885.zip
If you are using HostMonitor version 8.84, just unzip files and replace hostmon.exe, rcc.exe modules.

If you are using older version, please check your license using HostMonitor/RCC menu Help->Update check, update to version 8.84, then apply this fix
