How to include the text file in the e-mail message?

All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).

Hello all,

How can I include the contents of some text file into the body of e-mail message?

I don't need to attach the file, I just want to send it's contents as e-mail.
