Make optional the dependency on having the 'telephony' svc.

HostMon will not run if the Telephony service is not running.

On our systems telephony is installed but disabled by a GP pushed out by our International head office as a 'security' measure (!!) {they are - to say the least - paranoid..}

As we don't use the paging facility we'd love to be able to carry on running NetMon w/out it depending upon the telephony service.

I appreciate this is non trivial to implment but can I ask it goes into the 'mix' for a forthcoming build?

I think we can add "undocumented" option in next version of HostMonitor.

Option implemented in version 8.60.
You need to reinstall service using the following commands
hostmon.exe /uninstallservice
hostmon.exe /installservice /notapi
