RMA connection issues

Post by law_g30 »

We are monitoring services on server which are located in different locations. Our central Host Monitor is connected to servers via live IPs and configured to receive updates of all the servers using RMA agent installed on them. Without any changes being done to either the server(Hostmonitor), clients (RMA), or router, all of a sudden RMA started being disconnected and we are not able to receive test updates from the client machines.

Please help. Hostmonitor is running at ver 7.78 most RMAs are atver 3.33

Several RMA disconnected at the same time? Looks like network problem. or may be some 3rd party software..
Do you have installed some antivirus monitors, personal firewall, content monitoring software? Non stanard winsock components?
Tests status is unknown with a message of "RMA not Connected"
If you do not refresh test manually, this error means RMA cannot connect to HostMonitor within 4 minutes.
Could you please check log files located in RMA folder?
