After I install microsoft firewall client in hostmonitor server, I can't connect to hostmonitor web page. (Web service is running ok.)
It will popup login windows, but web page is connected fail after input login account/password.
After I uninstall microsoft firewall client, then it is ok again.
OS: Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise edition service pack 2.

Please check that your firewall allows connection over the port, that HM Web Service uses to interact with Host Monitor (HM Web Service > RCI (Host Monitor) > Port, 1054 by default). Connections over this port should be allowed by firewall and no other software should listen use it in order to get HM Web Service to work.
