"Bad" status means HostMonitor is able to connect to the agent, send request and retrieve result. The problem is RMA does not have access to specified share/file or file does not exist.
If you are sure path to the file is correct then please check permissions.
What account do you use to start RMA? Does it have access to the file? Have you started RMA as application or service?
Have you specified account credentials for this test using Connection Manager?
http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... htm#conmgr
Can RMA access the file if you use local path c:\data\1234\1234.txt?
Regards
Alex
