Hi - as I'm new to it all (and still running the trial-version - the license is on order) I wonder why monitoring stops after about one hour of not doing things with it.

I've launched it yesterday evening at 17:50 and it stopped at about 18:50 - hence capturing no activity over the night. Why could that be ?

When I was using Host Monitor in the Trial Mode I noticed every hour or so a popup window would appear stating that the version I was running was not registered.

The program would stop when this window would popup.

Once I closed it the program would begin running again.

Maybe this is also happening with your copy.

Yep, you're probably right - I indeed saw this windows you mentioned.

I'll have to chase accounting for completing the payment a.s.a.p.

Yep, it is happening with our trial version as well, I just came here to ask the same question....

Is this a feature built into the trial version? I noticed the monitoring stops when the trial version pop up window appears and monitoring resumes when we click to continue and the trial version pop up dissappears - is this the case or a bug?

Thanks

hmmm... on behalf for reg. users I'll answer this one:

Sure! You guys R playing around with a trial version. You can do ANYTHING with it.. try all features "for free".. but U can't continiue to have HM running (in trial-mode) for ever! Soo... as Alex (the programmer) might say:

THIS IS NOT A BUG... IT'S A FEATURE!

I know, I know, that's why I've given instructions to the bank to wire-transfer the best spent money so far to Alex !
