How Do I Auto Schedule Reports and Email Them?

Actually, it should be not just a path to file, but full path: path + file name.
So, please add particular file name to the path, e.g.:

<<IncludeFile=C:\Program Files\HostMonitor5\Logs\Rogers Reports\some_report.txt>>
Also please note: size of external file should not exceed 16K.

I think there is a step missing from my setup.

At what stage do I indicate the file name?
Where do I indicate the location of where the report results go?

OK--success! I just have one question left.

Will each weekly scheduled report just overwrite the preceding week's report? I did not use any variables, and that is why I ask.

I actually want each week's report to overwrite the preceding week's report.

Sure. If you are using static file name, new report will overwrite old one
