I think it would be great if you could customize or modify the web dashboard page. In some cases we do not want our engineers to be able to completely "Stop Alerts" or "Stop Monitoring". You might call this the 'safety scissors'

Don't see any problem. Simple remove "Start/stop monitoring" and "Manage action profiles" right from user profile
