Hi!
Im running HM 6.80 on a win2003x64 server, and RCC product version 2.0.0.0, file version 2.0.5.46 on a Win2003 Terminal server. We have 3 licences for the RCC and they are all in use daily.
The RCC pops with an error a couple of times each day. The errormessage displays "Folder not found". I can click OK, and it pops again a couple of times. Then the popup changes to: "Access violation on address 0056361B in module 'rcc.exe'. Read of address 02D59704
Then there follows some info on why the problem occurs".
Each time I press ok to an errormessage, one folder in the HML-list appears. But the errormessages keep popping.
I have not spotted a single action that leads to this error, but it often occurs when I change from "Views"-list to "Folders"-list.
We just recently bought two of the rcc-licenses. Could I have missed som registration or similar?
Can you help me with this problem?
