I'd like to see the ability to setup a user so they can only PAUSE tests, not disable/enable tests too. This way, if a group is working on a server, our operations department can just pause a test without the ability to accidently disable a test completely (which we may not catch for a few days). I also don't want them to be able to enable tests that I've administratively disabled.
