Could it be possible in a future version to somehow change the event log alert conditions for multiple tests at once? For example, select multiple tests and add or remove a certain event ID or description for all of them.
This could possibly be done by copying the idea of "Alert Profiles" and having lists of event criteria and then applying them to each test. That way if you change the "Event profile," then all event log tests with that profile would subsequently change.
You may use Export/Import function of HostMonitor for such purposes.
You just should select necessary tests and export them to text file using menu File > Export To Text File > Export Selected Test(s). Using any text editor you may change appropriate params for each test and import the tests back using menu File > Import From Text File.
Assuming i am doing that correctly, the exported text file still lists each test individually. Therefore, you would still have to manually change each one. I suppose it would be easier this way if you wanted to do a lot of copy and paste, or maybe use a script to do a replace function, but apart from that i don't think export/import would help that much. Correct me if i'm wrong.
