rbl check

One of the most interesting test that i woluld like to see in next release
is RBL check.

e submenu of mail check where i can put an ip
and hostmonitor chek it if it is in a list of rlbl url

(i know that its a simple dns check but a specific test is better)

For checking against a single RBL source (ie DNS) it should be pretty easy to script. Maybe play with the following script a little to see if it can be modified to suit.
