No, you must not pay for that. RMA for FreeBSD/Linux/Solaris itself is free See Licensing for details! http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/rma-unix/license.htm

Please note: GCC and Gmake packages must be installed on your system. We recommend to use GCC 3.3 or higer.
