1) Lets check log1.txt and log2.txt log files in RMA's directory. What do you see?
2) Something really wrong with your screen shots. 1st and 2nd image shows you are using address 127.0.0.1 and port 1055. While 3rd screenshot shows traffic from 10.24.10.26 to 10.24.11.152 and port 1056.
How that is possible? You made screen shots in different time using completely different settings?

We also checked both check boxes to retrieve log1.txt and log2.txt

We can't get any log files from rma: (see pic. below)
Could you find and check file using Windows Explorer?
Could you provide access to your system?

No, both log files really don't exist also in explorer!
Sorry, we can't provice access to this system from the internet.
Is it possible that we made some stupid failure in our configuration? (I think of some licensing problem or somethin like that - does HM check for a valid license before it connects to the RMA?) What checks are performed during session setup between RMA and HM?
Can I increase the logging level of the RMA logs for debugging reasons?

I hope that the IP network of 10.24.10.0/23 is not a problem for HM?
There are two NICs in the HM machine (IP1: 10.24.10.150, IP2: 172.31.85.13) Only NIC 1 is configured for DNS and has an entry for the default gateway. I mentioned this for information purposes only as I don't think that there is a network problem because we used the loopback address for our tests.

I don't think its your mistake. I think this is some 3rd party software issue: virus, antivirus, personal firewall, content monitoring software, traffic monitors (sniffer) may lead to various problems.

Increase? As we see RMA cannot create log file at all. Why? I don't know, may be it is started under account that does not have write access?

I found the problem!
On both machines (production and test) there is the hummingbird socks client installed. It seems that HM doesn't work correctly with hummingbird socks installed. I tried to exclude the HM traffic from the socks file but it doesn't work. If we uninstall the hummingbird socks client everything is working fine!
