Hi
Im trying to append a MIB into the MIB Browser.
but i get this error:
File: SW-FIREWALL-TRAP.MIB
Line:51
Error: Ivalid Parent specification (sonicwallFw)
Continue Analyzing?
In the file there is this at line 51: ::= { sonicwallFw }
I can use this MIB in other tools ( ex. getIF )
Anyone ?
Regards
Martin

1) What version of MIB Browser do you use? 0.80? 1.00? 1.02?
2) Could you send that MIB file to us?
Regards
Alex

H'm.. line #51 "
::= { sonicwallFw } " does not contain index, should be something like "
::= { sonicwallFw 1 } "
May be MIB Browser should assign some default index (e.g. 1) but I cannot find information about such rule in RFCs...

MIB Browser does not like double indexes. E.g. swFwTrapSysEnv NOTIFICATION-TYPE .... ::= { sonicwallFwTrapRoot 0 6 }
I am trying to find RFC where such option is described. Don't see anything so far...
