I figured it out. The trick was to copy the rest of the files into C:\ProgramData\HostMonitor.

The help link isn't that specific about it so maybe a good hint to add it in there.

Have you copied ALL files (*.HML, *.LST, *.INI) before you start HostMonitor? or you copied some files, start HostMonitor, close it, then copied other files?
