Hi,

on a PC we want to use host monitor web interface from browser, after a period it's working its giving me the error page cannot be displayed and then i click refresh and it's working.

It's not happening with anything but HM, can anybody help?

Windows XP is the OS, IE8.

I did not setup that server, i am just helping somebody,
and now i understand i need to install RMA..

well, i assume ping does not need any RMA installed, thats why ping is working, now i realized that RMA is not installed, i will check and update.

What ports should be opened?
i tried to specific open port 5056 and it did not help.
