I trying all charsets. Email not change. Emait is not readable.

I create alert on test. After alert, e-mail sends to my adress. I just create a new alert profile and choose template "Mail to admin". Then, i translate template from English to Russian, but I receive by email words and letters, which not readable format (codepage mismach). For example str...
