ive just noticed that my 4.42, and 4.52 host monitor is not running new tests.
ive rebooted the server.. everything.
i try to refresh a test and the recurrence does not increase.
ive created a new ping test, but it doesnt run either.

any way to add a whole subnet for access?

I have that IP listed there, and its checked.

I did do that.
I put in the local server's IP
I put in my workstaton IP etc.
(feature request.. allow me to put a whole subnet range in there).


i restarted webservice.. i restarted HM.. same problem

Id like to see it where i can administrate all aspects of host monitor in a web interface.. create tests,, etc..

the other thing would be a user customizable web interface.. where we can enter our own icons for red\green... etc.

Instead of specifiying usernames inside host monitor, have it use the NT domain accounts for security.

Can we have emails sent out in HTML format? maybe with some color in them?

When will we see the ability to create tests in the web console?
Can we have security look at the NT domain?

Im not arguing.. i was just trying to understand the dialog boxes i was seeing.
the RCI setup\profiles boxes makes it seem like i can add tests via the web interface.
that portion is greatly anticipated

im not trying to argue, but i go to options\RCI\user profiles and there are checkboxes saying "User has rights to"
and under that "add tests/folders"

Thats weird cuz the RCI page in host montior shows a check box to allow users to add tests

I see that in Host Monitor 4.07 that I can setup user profiles on the RCI component.
For those profiles I can tell it that a user can add tests via the web interface, yet on the web interface I dont see controls to let me do this.
How do I set that up?

I noticed 4.02 Beta is out.
It doesnt have the web console for entering in new tests, when will that come out?

feature request... id like to be able to do all my HM work for setting up new tests in the web interface, or a web interface for admins..
