Case Sensitive Parameter for Drive Check

Hi

We are using HM v13.20.

I have a Drive Free Space (SNMP) test running for a Redhat Linux server. The version of net-snmp is 5.7.2. I noticed that "Check Listed Drives" accepts values as case-insensitive. Is this by design? Is it possible to make this case-sensitive?

Thanks for reply Alex.

On the other hand, Windows authentication for the web interface would be a nice feature.

FTPS Tests Return Error

Hi We were using Host Monitor v12.90 on Windows 2012 R2 server. After upgrading to v12.98, my FTPS tests started to return “276: error during handshake[2]: 0x80090308. As I see, v12.94 added TLS 1.2 support for FTPS test. My FTP servers do not support TLS 1.2 right now. Why does HM not fail bac...

Hi Kris How do you handle the credential if HM or RMA does not have access permission for the checked system? As I see, you don't pass the credential info to the script and using the connection manager is not an option for this situation to pass the credential. I had used a similar script before Win...

Check if updates are installed and pending reboot. The Last OS Update date worked fine until auto updates installed the updates and the machine was waiting for its reboot, then I started getting the response about the invalid date. Once rebooted and updates applied the invalid date issue went away ...

We use Kaspersky Security for Windows servers. From your reply, I concluded that there is a specific parameter that can be used to check for the status of 3rd party antivirus softwares for Win7-10 and you use it for this test. In addition, Windows servers can not be checked as the same way and shoul...

Hi Alex

Thanks for your reply. I imagined this information may be pulled via a WMI query within the CPU test probe (when CPU info needed). That was an assumption. Actually, I do not have any idea technically as not being a developer.

Variables for information about monitored system

Hi We are using HM 12.50 on Windows 2012 R2. Is it possible to implement variables like the followings to be used in action profiles: %CPUCount% -- number of CPUs in the system %CPUInfo% -- CPU info in the server %MemoryAmount% -- the amount of the memory in the server I would like to send these inf...
