I checked the antivirus, it's all disabled on both my test PC and my HM server. Your guess is as good as mine as to why it takes so long to save, but at least I can save.

I'm pressing the X on the Options dialog box, not HM itself. Closing the options dialog box within the HM application closes the entire HM application. This DOES crash the program, I get a dialog box telling me that HM has stoped responding, I can send you a screenshot if you would like. For securit...

Alex, I think I figured it out. I hit save in the options screen, and waited, and waited.. finally it saved. What was causing the program to crash was pressing X after hitting save. It takes about 30-45 seconds to save for me. if I hit the X in that time, I crash. question: If I press save and immea...

Thanks for the reply Alex, Having a email list for each test is kinda what I am trying to avoid. I will have hundreds of tests, I need a way to group my email addresses, and send HM notifacations to a specific group or groups. We have a bit of turnover here, and if we get a new team member I would h...

I was wondering if it would be possible to email a list of addresses in a text file. I have alot of different types of alerts that use the same email addresses, but sometimes at different times of day etc. I'd like to only have to update my email addresses in one place, like in a text file. example:...

When I first started testing HM, I had issues when I pressed the SAVE button on the options dialog, it would cause the program to hang. I figured it was just because my test computer is a peice of junk. We bought HM, and I have a fresh install on our new HM server. I still lock up whenever I press S...

also, I tried to use an HMS script, but it didn't seem to work, here's the script I used:

ExecuteProgram NET SEND pcname %TestName% %SimpleStatus% on %DateTime%

I also tried with the StartProgram HMS command.

Thanks

We are seriously looking into purchacing a unlimited version of host monitor, but we are having some problems with the log's and graphing. We will know that a system went down, and when, but the host monitor stats don't show that it even happened, I think this might be due to the evaluation popup be...

I am currently evaluating the HostMonitor Product. We are likely going to buy the unlimited version, here's the question, I want to have a monitor both inside, and outside of our fire wall, so do I need to buy a separate licence for the 2nd monitor, if I don't exceed the number of tests? Thanks, BTW...
