Basically I have a test that alerts only if I have 2 consecutive bad actions. I have an action that should alert when its good again but I want that action only to fire if I had the 2 consecutive bad actions. Is this possible?

I tried to search for this and found nothing. Is there any way to determine the number of alerts that were sent in a given time period? Our paging company seems to think that we had 500 alerts during September. Since we barely had 500 status changes I seriously doubt that is the case and would like ...
