system uptime in readable time

Hello,

I use for my printers the SNMP OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0.
This displays the uptime in miliseconds.
question:
How do i "tune up the reply" or convert this value so that is a readable time like : 12day 30min


i hope you can help me out here
