using rcc.exe remotely and clicking a server giving me error

using rcc.exe remotely and clicking a server giving me error

Hello,

This error occures when using rcc and clicking drive space detailst test for a remote server, i have checked firewall configuration and can't find the reason, locally from the hostmonitor server it's working ok .

I assume you are using Passive RMA to perform this test?
I think your firewall or antivirus monitor blocks connections from RCC to RMA.
Another possible reason - you setup RMA to accept connections only from system where HostMonitor is running. In such case you may add IP address of the system where RCC is running or use "Accept connections from any IP address" option.

Note: Tests are performed by HostMonitor only (RCC does not perform tests) however RCC GUI may send requests to Passive RMA.
RCC sends all requests to Active RMA thru HostMonitor.
