Allow action against the Access Denied error.

The reply to a machine with "System Error. Code: 5.Access Denied" currently sends the set Bad action in motion. It would be nice to have the ability to set a 'special' action/message for that error.

No problem. What is the status of the test? Unknown? Then disable "Treat Unknown status as Bad" test property and use "advanced" mode to start some action on Unknown status
