RCC freeze

HI all,

When I move or rename folder in folder tree using RCC, the window freeze between 20-40 seconds but when I create new folder I've no problems.

AHM 6,54 running on Win 2003 server R2 and RCC running on XP pro SP2

Probably you have a lot of tests and/or slow network connection. When you move some folder, HostMonitor sends entire test list to RCC.

1500 tests and AHM and RCC was connected through L2L VPN.

Ok but what about rename folder, is AHM send entire test list?

Yes.
You may try newer version.. HostMonitor 7.00 and RCC 2.30 needs just 2-3 sec to receive and decrypt 1700 test items (in our network, I cannot say anything about your network).
