Hi,
It seems that I have installed the RMA service on several pc's with a wrong password for the user that starts the service locally.
If I start the service locally I get Error 1069 : The service did not start due to a logon faillure
I'm using
Hostmonitor 6.42c
RMAInstaller 1.0
RMA 3.38
I would like to remotely uninstall the rma service and reinstall it. I tried :
rmainstaller -stop \\10.1.1.20

Process .. Error: Cannot stop service "RMAService". The service has not been started.
rmainstaller -uninstall \\10.1.1.20

How can I fix this ?
Uninstall RMA remotely with rmainstaller
I think version 1.02 should fix the problem
