How do i Backup and export my Hm settings, Test, locations...ect

You just should backup all *.hml, *.ini and *.lst files from HostMonitor's folder and its subfolders. The following article might be helpful: http://www.ks-soft.net/cgi-bin/phpBB/vi ... php?t=1099
