WebService uses the date format specified on the machine, where Web Service is running. You may use "Regional and Language Options" applet to change date and time format.

What exactly means "in front of started at"?? What is "started at"?
Do you mean you have started web service in application mode?

Windows applet "regional options" does not change date format for local system account. This means if web service is started as service under local system account, you will not see new date format.
You may change account that is used for Web Service using Windows "Services" applet.

when I launch webservice.exe, interface is separated in 4 frame (RCI, Web Server, Statistics and Win 32 service).
In Statistics frame there is a field named "started at" and in front of I can see true format when I have change regional options.

No, application status is inactive and Win 32 service is installing and running

Ok, any way to change date format for local system account?

Actually, I would recommend you to create additional account on the system, login using this account, change Date and time format using "Regional and Language Options" applet and specify this account into "Log On" tab of "KS Web Service" service using "Services" applet. If you do not want to create additional account, you may change Date and Time settings for the "Local system" account using "HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International" key in registry. After changes you should restart tje machine. Please note: only you are responsible for the changes you will make in registry.

Nadir, this problem is not related to the Web Service. It just uses the date and time format of the account, you have specified to start service. Please ensure the service is started under correct account (Start > Run > Services.msc). Also please verify that proper "Date and Time" format are specified for that account in Regional Settings applet.

Please, Stop and then Start "KS Web Service" using windows Services applet. It should help.

If it does not help, please assign another user to start "KS Web Service", restart the service and specify correct user back into "Log On" tab of KS Web Service. After that you should restart the service one more time.
