userpref page will not load

Post by BNCsystems »

I just recently upgraded from 5.38 to the latest version. Upgrade went fine but now i cannot access the user pref page from the HTML monitor page. It just sits there and says loading..... and eventually times out.

Any ideas?

Looks like file wsuserprof.lst was corrupted. Could you send wsuserprof.lst file to support@ks-soft.net?
File located in WebService folder.

"HTML monitor page"? Are you talking about web interface? Can your browser connect to web service and show other pages (test list, test properties, quick log, etc)?

Somehow file contains invalid data in one field. We changed format of the file and may be convertor doesn't work correctly with some old formats :(

You may stop web service, remove the file, start web service again. Web service will recreate this file when you login 1st time. Then you need to adjust your preferences. Sorry for trouble...
