Is there any way i can change the tim-stamp in Host-monitor to 24hr clock instead of 12 hr?

You can do it using Use fixed date & time formats option (Options > Miscellaneous > Date & Time Format).
Quote from manual
By default HostMonitor gets current Windows regional settings at startup and uses these parameters until you change Windows settings and restart monitor. You can mark this option and define date & time formats. In this case, HostMonitor will use the specified formats, regardless of the system settings.

Please do not forget to select the same option and the same date format for Log Analyzer.
Or you may change date format using Windows Regional Settings applet.
