All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
I was notified by a fellow employee of a failing test, so I wanted to check the monitor parameters. I launched the RCC and received this error message.
All versions are valid and no modifications have been made. Any idea why this error message may appear?
The issue "self resolved" itself after about 30 minutes. I tried several times to enter the RCC but kept receiving the same message. I tried one last time and the error was no longer present. Any help is appreciated.
