If you don't want to run it as a service this would be a nice option. A check box like some programs (Winamp has this) that checks to see if an instance of Keynote is already running on the system. That way if it is in the startup menu and multiple users log into the system with the same ID you wont have it running all over the place.
(I ask for this because when I have it running as a service I don't see an icon in the system tray so configuring it is a pain)

We have developed Remote Control Console that should eliminate all problems related to Terminal Service sessions.

So, you may install service instead of stratup menu link and use RCC instead of TS.
