Import tests...is there a way?

I currently run websites for over 300 companies and I would like to monitor the websites' current status and also that of some databases running behind it.

Would there be an easy way to import a bunch of URL's with some default test settings ie: check every 5 mins email using xxxxx profile if bad status etc.

Doing this manually would be a total ball-ache , so is there a tool or format I could format a list in to import into HostMonitor (please tell me there is )?

Any help would be appreciated.
