Demo version of HM

Is there a getting started manual ? I want to monitor my local LAN, and 15 or so WAN sites, along with CPU/disk utils....a few critical processes...just looking for a place to start, or a doc to give me some more ideas of whats worth monitoring. Also, how does the IP tools util come into play ? Thanks.

Printable manual included in the package. Check manual.doc file in HostMonitor's directory.
I think for begining you should read the following sections:
Tests: General Information (page #13)
Tests: Common Properties (pages 16..20)
Profiles:Schedules (page 68 )
Actions & Action profiles (pages 81..87)

Also, how does the IP tools util come into play

IP-Tools is separate package. But it could be useful for network administrator for testing purposes...
