How I can make to send to admin mail when a host is down??
1) you need to create test item that will check your host. There are many various methods: http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/index-tests.htm
2) in the Test Properties dialog (http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... htm#Dialog) choose some action profile and click "Configure". Or click "New" to create new alert profile
3) add "Send e-mail" action to the profile http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... ctions.htm
You may add "Bad" and "Good" actions or just "Bad" one.
4) Make sure you have configured mail client, options located on Mailer page in the Options dialog (http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... htm#Mailer)
BTW: package contains printable manual in MS Word format. Check manual.doc file in the HostMonitor's directory
