RCC refuses connection
Strange..
As I understand you are connecting from different network? VPN?
Can you connect to HostMonitor from system in the same LAN?
Could you stop Web Service on HostMonitor system and start Web Service on that remote system (system where RCC cannot make connection)?
Now, can you make connection to HostMonitor using Web Service and browser started on the same remote system (type localhost in "address" field of the browser)?
Regards

Alex, something did change on my remote system without my knowledge.
I use CyberPatrol content filtering software which was turned off accidentally at the time I used RCC successfully. With my last restart of this remote machine the CyberPatrol was running when I tried to connect and that's when the error started. So for now do not waste anymore time on this. I am waiting on response back from CyberPatrol tech support.
Funny thing though, I uninstalled CyberPatrol, and installed 2 other web content filter softwares and the same problem occured with each. I wonder why the content filters won't allow RCC to connect?
Anyway, if you have any ideas let me know, otherwise I'll reply back with the solution so you can add it your list of fixes.

If these programs filter web content only, this would not effect RCC in any way because RCC<->HostMonitor protocol uses single port (by defaul: 1054). I think these applications control all TCP ports, not only web traffic on port #80Funny thing though, I uninstalled CyberPatrol, and installed 2 other web content filter softwares and the same problem occured with each.
