Log of alerts sent

Post by Guido39 »

Is there a log available to check alerts that were sent? Last weekend we had a site go down and Hostmonitor logged that it went down but no one received alerts so I'm trying to figure out what happened.

Thanks.

Update

Post by Guido39 »

I figured out how to turn this on but since this will greatly increase the log size, I tried changing it to a file with a date variable. Problem is it names the file the same as the variable.

I have specified the system log file to log in a different location of C:\HostMonitor4\Logs\%mm-dd-yy%.html. The file though gets logged as "%mm-dd-yy%.html" though instead of the current date.

1st question is traditional: what version of HostMonitor do you use?
