Some sort of test that actually sends and retreives email to see if it actually works.
maybe by sending an email and bouncing it back to the sender to see if it works ?
or maybe u got some more solutions for this ?
because atm with lotus notes its not possible to check if mail actually works
since we dont use pop3 or imap

Yes, we will improve SMTP test method. But not really soon, some version 5.??
