Printing the HTML Help File

Hi there, is there an easy way to print the HTML help file (i.e. other than printing each page separately)?

You do not need print HTML. We have documentation in MS Word format. Please, check this page http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/downpage.htm
