RMA 301 directory name invalid

Post by DennisW »

Hi,

When I try to use an 'External program' test using RMA I get the following error message: "RMA - 301 - The directory name is invalid"

I tried creating a simple batch file in the root of C:\ instead but I got the same error message.

It should be possible to run an external program using RMA, shouldn't it? I checked the RMA settings but no problems there. I am using the latest versions of HostMonitor and RMA.

Regards
Dennis

Strange error. RMA does not have such error message. It means you see system error message. On the other hand even if directory or file name is invalid, system should display another error string, "The system cannot find the path specified".
H'm... what Windows do you have installed (system where RMA is running)?

I checked it on Windows NT 4.0, cannot reproduce this problem either.
What version of HostMonitor and RMA do you use?
Could you send settings of the test (export it into text file)?

Alex
