Result turns into BAD, while the message is informational

Post by Metallator »

Hello!

We have HM v4.30 with RMA v1.17 and we are checking the system-eventlog of a server through an agent. The test results into bad, while the message (see below) is informational and not an error....
Is there somekind of a workaround?

EventID: 36880 Source: Channel Category: None Type: Information

An SSL server handshake completed successfully. The negotiated cryptographic parameters are as follows.
Protocol: SSL 3.0
Cipher: RC4
Cipher strength: 128
MAC: MD5
Exchange: RSA
Exchange strength: 512

The test results into bad, while the message (see below) is informational and not an error....
Could you please provide test settings? You may use export function from File menu and paste text here

Looks like you missed setting. Change "Event type" switch from "Any" to "Any from the following" and everything will be Ok

I have changed "Event type" switch to "any of the following". It's strange though, because tests from other servers had the same setting and were not reporting as bad. I'll keep an eye on it.
