I enjoy using your product and have recommended it many time to my customers.
the I question I have is how to interpret the
graphed statistics. Especially the PING results. I don't understand what the graph is telling me. Is a Spike a reullt of dead time? If my ping's are 100% good, will the graph show the line at the bottom or top? You help is appreciated.

Interpretation of graph depends on test settings. By default ping test displays reply time. In this case spike means delay in transmission (on left side of chart you can see numbers - reply time). Spike means network (remote device) still working but not efficiently, probably because of heavy traffic. If you see red line on the bottom, it means remote device does not answer at all.

Great reply. Perfect.
BTW -I assume I need to upgrade my key if I want to use the 3.18 version. I purchased when 1.7x was out.
