Hi,
Is there already an option to put hostmonitor in a high available mode?
HostMonitor in High Availability
Hello (also dutch) user
We are using Hostmonitor in HA mode on 2 Windows 2016 servers
Both are running HM including the Watchdog service.
This works OK for a 100+ windows , 30+ AIX and 100+ linux server setup.
So try to use the Watchdog service thats working OK
Until now there is no "official" HA option in Hostmonitor.

in Dutch : Mocht je nog vragen hebben dan zie ik deze wel in het forum

Depends on what exactly means "high available mode".
There is no cluster version yet, planned in version 11.
On the other hand, yes, you may run 2 instances at the same time, using one instance to monitor another (there is HM Monitor test method), or use WatchDog to monitor HostMonitor or run 2 instances using identical config files for both (this option is hard to setup if you modify test list or profiles on regular basis; and you need 2 licenses).
E.g. WatchDog can start 2nd instance (HostMonitor) when primary monitor does not answer.
