How do I get full list of Action Usage Report

I am searching for a way to get a complete list of where a specific "Action Profile" is used.
When using the button "Usage report", I am only shown the first 9 tests, and then an additional note "and other test items (274 items in total)"...
How can I get those last 265 test-items listed/shown?

Details:
OS: Windows Server 2003 Sp2
Hostmonitor v. 9.90
Management-gui: RCC on Hostmonitor-server itself

You may use report or View or View+report.
E.g. you may setup View using the following option
- select items using expression "alertprofilename"=="%alertprofile%"

Thank you...

Ended using reports, as a view seems a bit too static for my needs.
I did find that reports quickly can be used on specific folder-trees, where views have to be edited for this.
