RMA Error:301

RMA Error:301

Hi!

There are 3 servers: HostMonitorServer (Server 1), HostMonitorAgent (Server 2) and Target host (Server 3)

We need to monitor service status on Server 3.
For this the following test was created:

When trying to get list of services we get the following error:

What do we need to get an access to services of Server3?
What ports must be opened on servers?
What services must be started?
Agent is installed on Server2 under local user with administrator privileges.

Could you type any service name, click Ok to setup test item and check test status and Windows error code in Reply field of the test?

HostMonitor uses Windows RPC for the following test methods:
- NT eventlog test
- Services test
- Process
- Dominant Process
- Performance counter test
- CPU usage
- WMI test
Windows RPC calls may use any port above 1024.
