Hi,
I have found an issue when trying to generate a report using RCC. so a bit of background.
I have a SLA report. Mode = HTML - Chart = Performance - 4 check boxes unchecked - Display Stats = Predict, Today, Last 48 and Last 7 days - include = ALL ticked - Sort on Test Name.
I have configured a view based on some good tests (returns about 10 tests)
Assigned the report profile to the view and hit the generate button and it works great, displays the graphs and figures.
When I open RCC on the same server (With either HostMonitor running as a service or open in the background) and then click on the properties of the above view, reports and generate reports. All the graphs are empty and there are no figures displayed anywhere.
The user I am using to open the RCC is the admin account which has all the rights to check box's checked and all folders in any HML list selected.
I then go back to HM and generate the report in the same way and it generates perfectly.
Thanks
Paul

What report path do you use?
RCC V4.90
Path for the report is C:/program data/HostMonitor/Report
The issue is not with generating the report as it gets created in the Report folder both times but it just gets created with no values when ran from the RCC
